tracking. However, we understand that UPS isn't always convenient for everyone and we
want to make returning to Rollin’ Truck Stop as easy as possible. If you would rather
receive a USPS return label instead of a UPS return label, simply contact us and we'll be happy to send you one!
Unlike many other websites that have special rules and lots of fine print, Rollin’ Truck Stop
simply offers free shipping in the 48 contiguous states on all orders over $50.
If you are shipping to Alaska or Hawaii and your order is over $50, shipping will only cost you a flat rate of $25. Keep in mind that it will take a little longer than shipping to the 48 contiguous states.

Yes, we can ship to those locations; however, shipping will take longer and will be a higher cost. Our goal is to provide tracking information for all packages. You should receive an email
with tracking information when your package ships. Sometimes it takes up to two business
days for the shipper to provide details about your package location.
Handling for most items in our store takes 1-2 business days. If you submit your order after 5 pm on Friday, your order will be processed right away on Monday morning. You can find specific handling time for each product on its page under the heading “Availability.” You can expect to receive most packages within 2-7 days, depending on your location.

The best by date printed on our product’s packaging is the date we know the product will
still be as fresh as the day it was packaged. We cannot guarantee the optimal quality of any
of our products after the best by date (or more than three days after the package is opened).
Simply put, we don’t recommend consuming any product after the date listed on the

refrigeration. Once the package has been opened, be sure to refrigerate or eat within three days.
We advise against freezing the meat snacks as they won’t provide an optimal snacking

It’s not a prize or a bonus snack. The small white package that is clearly labeled “Do Not
Eat” is an FDA-approved oxygen absorber that helps to preserve freshness.
Each bag that leaves our facilities is checked by our quality team and stamped with our Jack
Link’s Guarantee seal. If the jerky is somehow exposed to oxygen throughout the
transportation or shelving process, it could result in mold. If it arrives moldy, please contact us.
